So here's my list of what I want to achieve:
- I want clear and even textured skin
- I want to be able to walk a mile without being knackered
- I want to improve my back pain by increasing my core strength
- I want to sleep well and wake up refreshed
- I want to feel more healthy and eat more nourishing food
- I want to improve my general wellbeing and mental health
I'm not gonna put a time frame on this as I feel like that's not the purpose of it. It's about permanent change and living life in a way that is good for me. There will be a separate post for each of the items on the list, detailing my plans and any specific products, techniques, recipes or whatever I use to help get me there. I will also give regular updates for those of you that are interested and I would love to hear any tips or opinions in the comments!
